This Privacy Policy explains how Szegi Roland Attila E.V. ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares personal data in connection with the website at [WEBSITE DOMAIN] (the "Site") and our lead-list service (the "Service"). We are a Hungarian sole proprietor and the data controller for the personal data described in Sections 2-7.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers two different categories of data:

(A) Customer data, personal data of people who visit the Site or buy from us.

(B) Lead data, publicly available business contact information that we compile from Google Maps and sell as part of the Service.

The two categories are treated very differently. See Section 8 for our policy on Lead data.

California exclusion. The Service is not available to California residents and does not cover businesses located in California. We do not knowingly collect, process, sell, or deliver personal data of California residents, and California is not an available target region for any order. See Section 8 and our Terms of Service for details.

2. Customer data we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, billing address, country, company name (if applicable), VAT/tax number (if applicable), the package you bought, target country/city/category, any additional notes you provide, and any messages you send us.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe collects information including card details, billing address, transaction data, and device identifiers, see Stripe's Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • Invoicing information: transmitted to and stored by Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.) for invoice issuance and Hungarian tax compliance.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, dates/times of visits, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Analytics: we use [ANALYTICS PROVIDER] to understand aggregated Site usage.

3. Why we use it (lawful bases under GDPR)

  • To provide the Service, deliver Lead Lists, and process payments, performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To issue invoices and comply with Hungarian tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law, legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • To prevent fraud, protect our Site and customers, and improve our service, legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To send transactional emails about your order. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. Who we share customer data with

  • Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), U.S./global.
  • Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.) (invoicing), Hungary/EU.
  • Email delivery providers (transactional email).
  • Hosting providers for the Site (Lovable / Supabase / Vercel or successors).
  • Tax authorities and law-enforcement where required by law.

We do not sell or share customer data for cross-context behavioral advertising. (We do, however, sell Lead data, see Section 8, but Lead data is not customer data.)

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where we transfer your personal data internationally, we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions (where available), Standard Contractual Clauses, or other valid Article 46 GDPR transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

Customer data is kept (a) for as long as you have an active account or open orders, and (b) thereafter for the period required by Hungarian tax and accounting law (currently 8 years for invoicing records under the Hungarian Accounting Act). Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

7. Your rights

EU/EEA/UK customers. You have the right under GDPR/UK GDPR to: access your personal data; have it corrected; have it deleted (where applicable); object to processing; restrict processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent (where consent is the lawful basis). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dropsite.hu. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in Hungary that is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), https://naih.hu.

U.S. customers. Depending on the state where you live, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing." To exercise these rights, email hello@dropsite.hu. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Note that the Service is not offered to California residents (see Section 1 and Section 8).

8. The Lead data we sell, separate notice

The Service sells lists of publicly available business contact information compiled from Google Maps business listings. Each Lead may contain: business name, business category, city/region, website URL, publicly listed business email, and publicly listed business phone number.

  • Source: publicly accessible Google Maps business listings, collected through Apify or similar tools.
  • California is excluded. We do not knowingly compile, sell, or deliver Lead Lists containing businesses located in California, and we do not offer the Service to California residents. This exclusion is applied both at the ordering stage (California is not a selectable target region) and at the data-preparation stage (California businesses are filtered out before delivery).
  • Nature of the data: Lead data consists of business contact information. Some Leads may incidentally contain personal data of business owners (e.g., a personal mobile number, or an email containing a personal name). We recognize that such data may qualify as "personal data" under applicable law and treat it accordingly.
  • Your rights as a Lead subject: If you are an individual whose contact information appears in one of our Lead Lists and you wish for us to remove your information from our database and from any future Lead Lists we compile, email hello@dropsite.hu with the subject line "Lead Deletion Request" and we will action your request within 45 days.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
